A few weeks ago, I was fortunate to have Adam, one of my childhood friends, over to make rigatoni amatriciana, a recipe he perfected from his time living for several years in Italy. The finished product was absolutely delicious and it's true that the small amount of Worcestershire sauce he used in the dish was genius!
