This cocktail sounds bizarre, but it actually quite good and mixes two of my favorite items – Champagne and stout! The story behind this drink is that it was created in London by a bartender and was served while the country was in mourning over the 1861 death of Queen Victoria's husband, Prince Albert. Regardless of the history, it makes for a festive addition to any St. Patrick’s Day celebration and I heartily recommend it.
